Elizabeth F. Reeder
Regional Vice President, New Jersey
Elizabeth Reeder is a senior consultant and executive coach with The
Leader’s Edge™. With more than twenty years of experience
in human resources, Betsy is a veteran HR leader whose expertise includes
executive coaching, leadership development and succession planning.
Throughout her career, Betsy has effectively partnered with senior leaders
of sales, marketing, research and corporate staff functions in the pharmaceutical
and consumer product industries to design and implement human resource
solutions for critical leadership development and business challenges.
Prior to her work with The Leader’s Edge™, Betsy was employed
at the worldwide pharmaceutical division of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Betsy
was a key leader in the creation of the Center for Leadership Development
at BMS, and played a lead role in the design and implementation of the
company’s comprehensive Leadership Development Program. Her work
included defining standards for leadership excellence as well as creating
rigorous assessment, selection and developing tools to accelerate the
development and retention of leadership talent. Betsy was instrumental
in the design and implementation of key programs and tools offered through
the Bristol-Myers Squibb Leadership Development Institute such as the
360° degree feedback, new leader integration processes, and multiple
leadership development programs. Additionally, Betsy played a key role
in the development of company-wide standards for executive coaches and
participated in the identification and assessment of coaching organizations
selected for use by various Bristol-Myers Squibb divisions.
Betsy holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations and a Masters
in Business Administration from Rider University.
