Lisa Mathis
Senior Consultant , The Leader's Edge™

Lisa is a seasoned business executive with over 18 years of hands on experience in major corporations including Merrill Lynch and, Bell Atlantic/Nynex Mobil. A senior consultant and coach for The Leader's Edge , Lisa's expertise lies in the areas of design and delivery of leadership programs, corporate needs assessment, competency design, executive level coaching and organizational development.

Lisa has provided consulting services for a host of companies, including JPMorgan Chase, Bayer Healthcare, Con Edison, IBM and GE Capital. She has worked domestically and internationally.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Lisa holds a B.A. in Management. She is also certified in several distinctive programs in leadership training, 360° design and implementation, development of assessment tools and negotiating skills.

Lisa is affiliated with ASTD, The National Charity League, and the Fresh-Air Fund as a Host Parent. She is on the Board of Directors of The Wooster School in Danbury Connecticut.
