Monica Warner
Director of Marketing & Client Services

Monica is the Director of Marketing & Client Services of The Leader’s Edge™ and has been with the company for more than five years. Monica heads up the company’s strategic marketing efforts including the writing and design of materials and the implementation of marketing campaigns through direct mail, email, website, and other communication outlets. 

Monica is also responsible for sales strategy and developing innovative approaches to promoting the company’s message of leadership growth. Additionally, Monica handles the development, launch and maintenance of all programs offered by The Leader’s Edge.  She brings strong written and verbal communication skills to the company that she effectively demonstrates through her ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients by acting as the primary point of contact. 

Prior to joining The Leader’s Edge, Monica served as Marketing Coordinator for The Marketing Edge, in Havertown, Pennsylvania.  The Marketing Edge is an integrated marketing company that provides a full range of marketing and communications services. 

Monica holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Communications from Villanova University and a BA in Communication and Business also from Villanova, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Monica is a current member of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, Young Professionals Network at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
