THE LEADER'S EDGE OFFERS UP OPEN ENROLLMENT PROGRAM

Leading Up is now offered in a format which allows companies to evaluate the program by sending one or more program participants! 2003 dates are currently available in April, July, October and December.

Leading Up is designed for the next generation of leaders – women at the management or director level of their companies who are rising up the ladder. The Leading Up Program provides individual coaching with a full leadership assessment of each participant, an off-site retreat and one-on-one follow up meetings.
