Three New Executives Expand The Leader's Edge™ / Leaders By Design™ Team

Bala Cynwyd, PA – The Leader's Edge, a leadership development and consulting firm for high-potential and executive women and Leaders By Design, a leadership development and consulting firm focused on executive men, have announced three new additions to their executive team. The new members include Dale Kramer Cohen, Chief Marketing Officer; and Senior Consultants Marie C. Johns and Tracey Cantarutti, Ph.D.

Ms. Kramer Cohen, who is responsible for uncovering and developing strategic opportunities in the marketplace, was most recently a founding partner of Delphi Associates, where she designed innovative and profitable marketing solutions for Fortune 100 companies. She has an outstanding record of building global businesses and brands, and creating and implementing growth strategies in a broad range of industries including financial services, health care, consumer goods, and telecommunications. She is based in the company’s New York City office.

Ms. Johns has over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in the areas of business development, consulting, and telecommunications. She is the former President of Verizon, Washington, D.C. where she was responsible for the company’s $700 million operations. She was a candidate in the 2006 Mayoral primary election in Washington D.C., in which she placed third. She is located in the company’s Washington D.C. office.

Dr. Cantarutti has an extensive background in organizational development, as well as change management, cross-cultural leadership consulting, and innovative problem solving. She was a founding member of a strategy consulting practice where she worked with clients in numerous industries and services. She is currently an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago, and will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
