Shepard is 2001 Paradigm Award Recipient

Molly D. Shepard, founder and principal of The Leader's Edge™, has been chosen as the 2001 winner of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Paradigm Award. This prestigious award is presented annually to a woman in business whose outstanding professional and personal achievements serve as a model for success. Molly D. Shepard follows distinguished recent winners such as Juliet Goodfriend, Chairman, Strategic Marketing Corporation; Marilyn Ware, Chairman, American Water Works Company, Inc.; and Judith von Seldeneck, President & CEO, The Diversified Search Companies. The winner receives a generous monetary gift to present to organizations of her choice which benefit women and a portion of the Paradigm gift is donated in the winner's name to the Paradigm Scholars Program. The honoree also serves as the Chairman of the annual "Take Our Daughters to Work" day.
