United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania Announces New Board Leadership

Molly D. Shepard, founder and principal of The Leader's Edge™, has been named Chair of the Board of Directors of United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, succeeding David L. Cohen. According to Ms. Shepard, "During my tenure as chair, I will maintain the momentum of United Way - a forward thinking organization that is focused on making a difference in our communities." United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania, established in 1921, is one of Philadelphia's largest non-profit organizations. United Way leads, inspires and mobilizes donors and volunteers to help provide solutions to essential health and human service issues and improve the quality of people's lives."
