The Leader's Edge™ Opens New York City Office, Beale Appointed Principal

The Leader's Edge™ has announced the opening of a New York office. According to Molly D. Shepard, Founder and Principal of The Leader's Edge™, "We are expanding in the New York market based on the high level of interest in our services. Corporations are increasingly aware of the economic and business advantages in developing and retaining top executive female talent." Jane E. Beale has been appointed a Principal of The Leader's Edge™ and will head the New York Office. Ms. Beale has over twenty-five years experience in senior level management counseling, organizational development, leadership development, and training. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Director of Human Resources for Initiative Media, an IPG Company. She holds a degree in English and Psychology from Wright State University and has lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium, California, Boston and New York.
