Our Coaching Process

When you participate in a Leader’s Edge program, you begin one of the most important journeys in your career. By assessing your leadership and communication styles, strengths, interests and career objectives, your coach provides objective feedback on your impact as a leader and helps you chart a course for meeting your long term career and life goals.

The Leader's Edge™ coaching process promotes professional and personal development through a focus on skill-building, effective leadership styles, growing and maintaining a professional network, and self-promotion. These skills are crucial to becoming a highly-effective leader. Our coaches are flexible enough to work around your busy schedule and each program is customized to fit your specific challenges, opportunities, and industry.

  • The Executive Program is a one-on-one assessment and coaching process that connects you with one of our experienced coaches. Your coach will guide you through an intensive process designed to enhance communication, networking, and leadership skills to increase your visibility and impact within your organization.


  • Leading Up is designed to give high-potential women at the management or director level of their companies the opportunity to enhance effectiveness and increase their contributions by providing them with powerful communication, networking and leadership skills. This unique group program was created in response to organizational needs for preparing the next generation of leaders.
