The Executive Program coaching process engages you in a comprehensive exploration of your career goals, your personal style and the impact that you have on your organization. This coaching process is tailored to meet your specific needs and challenges and provides you with an action plan for positive change.

The Executive Program incorporates the following phases:

Phase 1: Profiling

  • After meeting with your personal coach, the two of you assess your current leadership style, personality strengths, skills, and your career and life goals.
  • A 360-degree analysis from your coworkers provides vital feedback about your effectiveness as a leader.

Phase 2: Positioning for Leadership

  • A three-day retreat featuring an intensive study of your challenges, values, skills, systems, and self-awareness.
  • You will work through real world situations.
  • You will be encouraged to develop in-depth relationships with other senior executive women who will remain part of their on-going network.

Phase 3: Practicing

  • A Personal and Professional Development Plan, Stakeholder Analysis, and Action Plan are designed.
  • Through The Network, you will have access to advice from other senior women leaders.
  • You begin to implement these plans at work, guided by regular meetings with your coach for 5-6 months.

Phase 4: Performing

  • The positive impact on your leadership capabilities will become evident as these skills are internalized.
  • 6-8 months after the retreat another 360-degree analysis is conducted with your same coworkers to determine what areas have improved and what areas still need to be addressed.

The Executive Program provides continual support and feedback for six to eight months, helping you to make long-lasting changes to your leadership style. You will direct your own ongoing development and the development of others.
