Launch assists senior women as they transition into a new job or career.

A personal coach is assigned to each participant to lead her through the four phases of the program in order to:

  • Gain Perspective-The coach supports the senior woman as she exits her company. This includes reviewing her skills, strengths and abilities. The goal is to gain insight to re-establish confidence, self-esteem and enthusiasm.

  • Reviewing Skills, Abilities & Goals-The second phase of the program focuses on a comprehensive assessment of the woman’s leadership and communication style, evaluation of her goals at this life stage, and specific career objectives based on experience and ability.

  • Exploring Options and Uncovering Opportunities-The coach will work closely with the woman to prepare and implement a personal marketing campaign specifically, preparing and implementing a networking plan and developing a job/career search strategy.

  • Make the “Right” Choice-The woman and her coach will work to research and evaluate all career opportunities. This includes job selection, cultural assessment and compensation negotiation. When the new position is selected, The Leader’s Edge will assist in the organizational integration process and perform a Transition Assessment sixty days following her placement to assist the assimilation process.
