Some of the benefits you receive from Leading Up are:

º Beneficial intra-company team building and networking experience.

º Enhanced executive image, skill, and presence.

º A more enlightened understanding of leadership principles.

º Greater political savvy.

Leading Up allows your company to prepare its next generation of women leaders. It is specially geared toward high potential management or director-level women.

The Leading Up coaching process includes the following phases:

Phase 1: Profiling

  • An assessment of your current leadership style, personality strengths, skills, and your career and life goals.
  • A 360-degree analysis of your coworkers will give you feedback about your effectiveness as a leader.

Phase 2: Positioning for Leadership

  • A two-day retreat provides a safe and confidential venue to air concerns and questions, impart practical advice and training from experienced consultants, and learn new skills.

Phase 3: Practicing

The completion of a Personal Development Plan and Stakeholder Analysis will allow you to bring a detailed action plan back to your organization.

  • Your fellow Leading Up graduates become part of your ongoing professional network.

Phase 4: Performing

  • Your personal coach will meet with you two or three more times to gauge your progress and to assist you in continuing to meet your action plan.

Leading Up explores topics such as Work and Life Balance, Style and Impact, and Time Management, and can also be customized to your corporate culture and corporate needs.
